Provincial Websites

Each province in Pakistan has its own online driving license portal. So, buckle up and head to the website specific to your province:

Registration and Account Creation

  1. Go to your Provincial Websites.
  2. Once you're on your provincial website, click on "New User Registration" or "Sign Up."
  3. Enter your Full Name, CNIC Number, Email, Mobile No, and a strong password. Remember, this is your personal driving hub, so keep it secure!
  4. Then click on Register Button.

How to Apply online for Learner Driving License?

After registration on your provisional website, click on 'New Learner' from main menu. Then follow the steps below:

Step 1. Citizen Profile:

  • Enter your CNIC No, Your Full Name, Father's Name, DOB, Phone Number and Emergency Contact Number.
  • Then select Gender, Height, Citizen Type, Vehicle Type, Nationality, Blood Group and Any Disability.
  • In Payment Address, select province, district, enter your permanent address and current address.

Step 2. License Category:

After Citizen Profile, select your license category (Commercial or Non Commercial).

Step 3. Upload Documents:

  • Now upload your documents including: your Picture and CNIC (Front/Back).
  • After completing all the above steps, check mark terms and conditions and click on Submit button.
  • After submit, copy your PSID number.

How to Pay Online Learning Driving License Fee?

  1. Open your Easypaisa App.
  2. Click on 'See All'.
  3. Then select 'Government Fees'.
  4. Select Institute: Punjab e-Challan.
  5. Enter your copied PSID number and click on Next.
  6. Then Click on 'Pay Now'.
  7. Finally, go back to your provisional PLIMS website and click on Action 'Print' button to print your Driving License.
